I help clients deal with their own or their customer\'s or vendor\'s financial distress. My practice focuses primarily on corporate restructuring, distressed sales and acquisitions and other insolvency-related matters. I have experience representing borrowers, debtors, creditors, buyers of assets and businesses, secured lenders, ad hoc bondholder committees, official creditors’ committees, chapter 7 trustees, lessors, lessees and other parties in commercial, distressed or insolvency-related transactions and litigation both inside and outside of bankruptcy.During my career, I have been involved in business restructuring matters for middle market and large companies, including the representation of the respective debtors in Concord Steel, The Chardon Rubber Company, Dana Corporation, USG Corporation, PLVTZ Inc, Levitz Home Furnishings, Oglebay Norton Company, NexPak Corporation, National Century Financial Enterprises and Burlington Industries, as well as other parties in interest or creditors.
