I hold a BSc in Psychology from The University of Leeds (2:1) and an MSc in Behaviour Change from UCL (Distinction) and am trained in the systematic application of behaviour change theory and frameworks for designing and implementing interventions including the Behaviour Change Wheel and Theoretical Domains Framework.
