Subject: Overview of my role as a Phlebotomist and Administrative Support at the NHSI currently serve as a phlebotomist And Administrative Support Staff Member at the NHS, Where I am responsible for a range of clinical and administrative tasks. In my capacity as a phlebotomist I carry out blood collection procedures for patients, ensuring the highest standard of care and adherence to safety protocols. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am also involved in various administrative duties, which include maintaining patient records, managing appointments, requesting medications on patient’s behalf, handling inquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of the department.This dual roles requires a high level of attention to details, strong organisational skills, maintaining the confidentiality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
