Job Description: Export ManagerRole Overview:Oversee the entire export process from order confirmation to final delivery and banking closure of the shipping bill. Manage end-to-end logistics, compliance, documentation, and communication with global clients and partners, directly contributing to the company\'s international growth and market presence.Key Responsibilities:Export Operations Management:Direct the full cycle of export operations, including order processing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international delivery.Coordinate with production, sales, and warehousing teams to ensure timely dispatch and adherence to schedules.Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies to maintain delivery timelines.Documentation & Compliance:Prepare and process all necessary export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and inspection certificates.Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, international trade laws, and specific country import requirements.Manage closure of shipping bills with the bank.Logistics & Freight Coordination:Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies for optimal rates and efficient routes.Evaluate and select logistics partners based on service quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.Optimize transportation methods to minimize costs and transit times while maintaining product integrity.Skills & Expertise:Proficient in end-to-end export operations and international logistics.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills with freight forwarders and shipping lines.Adept at preparing and managing comprehensive export documentation.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Tekken Software.
