ABOUT GURUSHIDDAPPA KATTISHETTAR

With over 12years of experience in the aerospace and nuclear industry, I am a business analyst and a design engineer at ALTEN UK limited, one of the leading engineering partners and consulting firms in the world. I have a passion for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions for complex and challenging engineering problems. My core competencies include Project planning, resource allocation, customer engagement, requirement documenting, product life cycle management, geometric controls, engine assembly and development support, piping and fluid system design, and electrical wire harness routing. I also hold an executive MBA and a master of science in business administration and management, which enable me to apply business acumen and strategic thinking to my technical projects.As a business analyst and a senior design engineer for Rolls-Royce engine externals, I lead a team of ~20 engineers and coordinate with various stakeholders within TCS and Rolls-Royce to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of design and documentation packages. I also oversee the quality assurance and control processes and implement best practices and standards for design and development. Some of my notable achievements include reducing the design cycle time by 15%, increasing the customer satisfaction by 20%, and securing multiple contracts and extensions with Rolls-Royce.
