New product development support for all the market needs in terms of Semi- Conductor Manufacturing Equipment for Axcelis. Resource Management – Managing the resources and Work assignation. Project Management – Managing the deliveries with right estimation of work considering the Resources. Scoping/Investigation of projects and to distribute work across the team members. Performing drawing Quality Check & CAD Model Checks as per the Axcelis CAD standards. Creating CN & CR, updating CN, initiating workflow, releasing CN. Conducting review meetings through live meeting and Conference calls with cross functional teams at onsite. Engineering Change Management activities through SmarTeam & Windchill PLM. Drawing creation to Drawing release for prototype and production meeting Axcelis drawing standards. Handling the complete CAD models of Semi-conductor manufacturing equipment. Working on SmarTeam, Windchill PLM Activities/Tasks – Redesign of parts, design modifications, ECO/CN and drawing release. Onsite Experience: Worked at Client location Beverly USA for immediate tool shipment and upgrade update required on tool as per customer. Have experience on solving concerns raised while part manufacturing and shopfloor in the factory. Search for the parts required for manufacturing and interacting with vendor to understand the cost and lead time of the parts. Procure the parts for tool building. Interacting with various departments in the factory and understanding requirements/issues faced during tool build. Doing fit test of the parts designed on the tools and solving the issue raised while testing. Also identifying the reason for failure and documenting to avoid future failure in upcoming tool builds.
