As part of the Internal Technology Services Group, responsible for delivering medium to large scale projects from planning to closure involving Property Expansions, Application Migrations and Infrastructure Deployment Responsibilities are varied from managing Real estate projects effectively, utilizing consistent technical standards and common methods of working without compromising current or future service Define, document and execute projects involving cross functional teams, actively participating in all the phases (Planning to Closure) of the project as per RPD (Reliable Proposition Delivery) framework Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Identify and estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools Track project milestones and deliverables Identify risks and device risk mitigation plans Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues and devise contingency plans Formal project closure process which includes producing documentation of Service Introduction, Lessons Learnt and reviewed with key stakeholders and actioned. Status reporting for the project/program – PLT meetings, Steering Committee report, SharePoint Site, weekly and monthly status reports. Contribute to the ongoing development of the project process, tools and techniques. Responsible for tracking a large IT budget; placing all orders on behalf of the IT department,analyzing spend and processing invoices - Tracking and forecasting full time staff and contractor costs - Monitoring CAPEX, travel and training spend against budget - Creating and managing approval processes for Headcount, Travel and Training - Managing maintenance contract process including contract renewals and managing the spend
