Blend of comprehensive knowledge of all sectors had enhanced the Project Progress with MRICS quality, complete the Project successfully within time frame with desired profit margin. Look forward to bag much prominent new projects in near future. Have wrote several 50 Pages reply letter comprising of EOT, evidences and causal links as a supporting documents, defended the Project from the penalties. In one of the Project the imposed LD has removed by the extensive evidential Contracts correspondences, Client himself called for the Negotiations. Have Submitted escalation cost, delay damages, descope damages, Change management worth Millions of Dollars. Extracted the pending payments from various Clients with intensive follow-ups and interactive sessions and regular correspondences. Conducted Webinars on Contracts Administration and Management, which gave a great feel of satisfaction. FIDIC is the core strength to mitigate the issue in various Projects Contracts. Mentoring teaching is my passion, have trained few Estimators, QS\'s are doing great in their Carriers. Taught the quantity takeoff to Costing to College pass out fresh Engineers. At one Point of time, I was heading a 10 Member Team as a Commercial Estimation manager. Have completed Several Residential, Commercial high-rise Projects, 5 Star Hotels, Metro projects, Stadiums, AirPort, Datacenters for Mashreq Bank and RAK Bank.
