Acquired knowledge of the standard practices to be followed in CGD like T4S, API (1102, 1104), ASME (B31.8), ASME Section IX, ASME section V and OISD standards (179,226), Gas Cylinder Rules (2016). Experienced the following all the Standard Codes and practices in the Gas industry to get the ROU approvals/ Clearances/NOC’s from NHAI (MoRTH), Railway (BS 104), CCOE, PNGRB(T4S), OISD (179, 226) and other local and state level ROU authorities, etc. by preparing the corresponding drawings and documentation. Procured a hands on experience over the execution of the all critical pipeline jobs starting from ROU clearing, Pipeline alignment marking, Stringing to Welding, Sand Blasting, joint coating, Pigging, Gauging, Hydro-testing, Purging and Commissioning of the pipelines and thus can guide and co-ordinate the workmen/ Contractor representatives while execution of the same. Expertise in Planning and execution of the HDD Cased/ Uncased crossings for steel pipeline starting from Load calculations, design of HDD Profile up to the completion of the HDD jobs, by coordinating with the ROU authorities. Profound knowledge was possessed in MDPE project related activities like Electro Fusion of the PE joints, Flushing, Testing, purging and commissioning of the PE line in addition to the Conversion of domestic, Commercial and Industrial connections suitable for PNG set up by laying the GI pipe, copper tubing, meter installation,etc Have hands on experience of executing CNG related Civil Foundations works of compressor packages, tube trenches construction, SS tubing,Dispenser’s installation, Installation and Commissioning of CNG Compressors & associated works. Learnt to maintain good association and Co-ordination with all required levels of people in the projects, contractors, local authorities, statutory authority’s etc.For smooth and consistent execution of the projects with a better planning.
