My work involves the use of tools like Excel, Word, Tally, and Winman accounting software to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:MIS Reporting:Prepare and analyze periodic MIS reports for an international client using advanced Excel functions and templates. Reports cover financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to assist in strategic decision-making.GST Compliance:File GST returns, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory timelines. Use Tally and Winman for GST data management and report generation.Audit Support:Support internal and statutory audits by preparing ledgers, schedules, and necessary documentation. Ensure smooth coordination with auditors and resolve queries effectively.TDS, PT, PF & ESI Compliance:Handle monthly/quarterly filings and payments related to TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, and Employee State Insurance. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.Software & Tools Used:Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word (reports and documentation), Tally (accounting and compliance), and Winman (tax and audit utilities).This role has enhanced my technical expertise and broadened my exposure to both Indian and international financial processes, while strengthening my analytical, communication, and compliance skills.
