   Jan 2024 — Present

   Managing VCU-S Hardware and Base Software platform projects supporting multiple powertrains for Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles with budget responsibility of ~1.5 mEUR per year.Leading multicultural cross-functional team across India and Germany, ensuring seamless collaboration and mitigating risks to achieve project completion within stringent Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.Contributing to the definition of VCU-S Strategy & Product Development Roadmap based on evolving business needs & customer expectations. Aligning project roadmaps based on the defined strategy & management review decisions.Supporting customer project acquisitions & target business planning, defining Quality roadmaps, and coordinating with various Engineering functions & plants to achieve project objectives. Key achievement: Successfully delivered the new VCU-S 2.0 variant with PoC maturity within a short span of 15 months within the allocated budget. On track for series introduction by Dec 2026.
