Currently, I am working at Titan (Tata Group Company) in their Corporate FP & A Team. My responsibilities include preparing the CFO Report where I have to analyse the business divisions\'s performance on a periodical basis and provide an insightful commentary on variances and performances of the individual divisions. Besides, I am also involved in tracking and forecasting the spending of corporate overheads against the budget of various central departments of the company. Prior to Titan, I worked as Deputy Manager - FP & A at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business, where I leveraged my skills and qualifications in Accounting, Finance, and Costing to optimize cost savings, mitigate risks, and forecast financial performance. I have over two years of experience in a Commercial Finance role, where I analyze supplier capabilities, identify potential sources, and negotiate contracts and SLAs. I also conduct market research and assess risks associated with commodity prices, supply disruptions, and quality issues. I have received multiple awards for my achievements, such as saving USD 1 million in caustic procurement and reducing vessel demurrages by Rs. 10 crore. I have also completed a Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, in 2021, which enhanced my skills in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, and Functional Specifications. I am motivated by challenging and dynamic projects that require collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving.
