I have 23+ years of experience in building Backend Web Services based on Cloud, Mobile, MultiMedia, UI framework development. Management Expertise: I have been managing team of 25+ people across different locations and working with PM, CTO, CEO across different locations. Responsible for Delivery of products/features that includes hiring, team management, working with PM, CTO, QA, different Engineering verticals.Management of team that includes hiring, mentoring, carrier growth of the team etc.As part of Gigsky and Fusion Garage started the India development centre from scratch. Technical Expertise:Gigsky: Developed SAAS Cloud platform for Gigsky from scratch. Gigsky SAAS Cloud platform is the core of Gigsky services. Gigsky SAAS platform provides User, Plan, Subscription, Analytics, billing services. Involved in Architecture, Design, Implementation, automation using automated test framework and continuous integration using Jenkins. Managing a team of 20+ people.Fusion Garage: Developed the GridOS using Android flavour. We developed our own UI controls, changed the multimedia layer to address the Grid OS requirements and Graphics optimization. Involved in Architecture, Design, Implementation. Managed team of 15+ people.SlingMedia: Developed SlingMedia Player for iOS, Android, Symbian platforms. Also developed jailbroken app for iOS. Developed SlingPlayer SDK based on C++ and OS abstraction so that it can work on iOS, Android, Symbian, Windows platforms. Also worked with Apple on developing the HTTP streaming protocol support on SlingBox. Worked on SlingGuide implementation for all the mobile platforms. Managed team of 6-10 people.Emuzed: Developed MP4 player and recorder for Nokia Phones. Implemented MP4, MPEG2 standard based parsers and composers. Developed streaming client and servers. Also developed multimedia framework that works on multiple platforms like Symbian, Linux, Windows.
