Involved in marketing All visa like CPT/ OPT/ H1B/ EAD / GC/ USC Employees for various positions open in US. • Receiving and analysing Prime Vendor and direct clients requirements. • Searching the requirements in the jobs sites like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Free Job Sites & Corp to Corp. • Forwarding the suitable profiles to the Direct Clients Requirements. • Scheduling the interview slot, when the consultant is ready to take. • To be a part of cohesive team and promote teamwork. • Exposure to work on W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099. • Have experience working on Contract, Contract to hire Positions. • Capable of negotiating rates well on Corp to Corp/W2/1099. • Analyze and creatively post new job requirements to vendors and Portals. • Expert at achieving a good rapport with candidates, developing trust between all Parties and closing the deal in a confident and secure manner.• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment
