Schematic symbol, PCB Footprint creation and review.Used tools Cadence Allegro,CAM 350 etc,Schematics,Complete PCB Layout design and Gerber,other output generation and review of same in CAM tool.HDI Design with Micro via, stacked via and Via on Pad.Digital, Analog Mixed and RF PCB designs – Bus routing, differential pairs, matched lengths.Layer stack up design and controlled impedance.Implementing DFM/DFT,EMI/EMC requirements.Used interfaces like DDR2,DDR3, SDRAM, PCI, PCI-Express, PHY, HDMI,USB, GMII, RGMII etc,Involved on Back plane, Rear transition module Design,Flex and Rigid-Flex PCB.Timely update of quality records and project documentation.Assist other designers in team to resolve technical issues.Assuring the quality of work and on-time delivery.Co-ordinate with other designers and departments as and when required to meet requirement of the projects.Execute additional responsibilities assigned on time to time.Adhere to company policy and work standards.Preparing database of the targeted projects and Achieving projects targets for PCB Design.Send Gerber package to FAB house and communicate for requirement.Ability to work well independently and excellent self-initiatives.
