New Product Information (NPI): Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process. Responsible for line Setup. Preparing Work instruction for different processes. Project management: Have knowledge all the PPAP (Production part approval process) documents APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), PFC (Process Flow chart), CP (Control plan), PFMEA (Process failure mode effect analysis) & others. Preparing Bill of materials (BOM) & Loading in ERP. Gerber validation on View mate. X-Y data handling Manage, maintain, create & update all NPI progress reports. Jigs and fixtures Development Gerber data and circuit analysis Preparing CAPA (Corrective & Preventive action) & ECN (Engineering Change note). Process Engineering & SMT- Process Development & Continuous improvement of Process, Product & Quality. To develop & execute plans for control and improvement of the critical product attributes & for increasing manufacturing capacity. Experiments to develop new processes and improve yield on existing processes. Active involvement in new product introduction, new process development, product qualification, single failure process mitigation, failure analysis. Drive Process Improvement / Cycle Reduction initiatives and drive productivity improvements via process changes or improvements Conducting Time and Motion study of processes for improving the utilization of resources. Look after the SMT Processing Glue & solder paste lead free solder. Aware of SMT processing having temperature profile, Glue or paste classes (LEAD FREE). Stencil check plot validation using View mate. Well versed with tools, Calibration and validation of jigs and fixtures. Prepare project timeline and identify all recourse requirements for manufacturing process. Responsible for development of processes and implementing efficient process methods to achieve the target.
