Ensuring recruiter submittals are matching to the client’s requirement and key skills are mentioned in the candidate resumes. • Responsible for consistent team productivity on monthly basis and keep recruiters enthusiasm to meet their goal. Coordinating with on-site / offshore Account Manager for better understanding of clients’ nature, business needs and strategies. • Manages the full cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both the hiring managers and candidates.
