In 25+ years of professional experience, I’ve attained not only the enthusiasm of a go-getter but also the tenacity of pushing myself forward to achieve more and more. Moreover, I networked to provide my team with vital client leads, and developed client relationships that steeply boosted business for the organization. The open environment and the exposure were the precursors to my business acumen. In several ways, my experience has provided lessons in a microcosm, mimicking situations so frequently found at work, but fortunately, in a highly concentrated form. It must be more than two hundred if I’m to count the number of organizations for whom I have successfully identified, coordinated and handled projects.This bargain, evolved into my own startup, SXJ Lifts nine years ago. Launching this company and establishing it as a successful venture is my most noteworthy achievement so far. Applying versatile skills across cross-functional domains, I have devised and created state-of-the–art lifts and elevators for many organisations. Completing projects ahead of schedule is another goal I target. Leveraging my extensive technology experience, quantitatively and analytically, SXJ is climbing plank by plank. My ability to see the bigger picture and follow through on the minutiae of detail, has translated in tangible and sustainable competitive advantages for the business. The fact that my firm has been able to establish itself successfully despite immense competition from organized and unorganized players in the same segment makes me extremely proud. My colleagues and companions say that I am reliable professional who can effectively use both organic and inorganic resources like money, material, equipment and people, to optimize profits by improving productivity and reducing costs.
