Attending Weekly Review Meetings related to New Projects Development Review Meetings with Related plants CFT Making All Activity Development plan for meet the customer time lines Similar Model Molds Data like any running Problems, New Suggestions from Plants which incorporating in New Model Molds development BOM Preparation Coordinate with local platform team (core project team) for execution of projects as per GPD process.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersDevelop macro & micro level project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project budget, project costs using appropriate toolsMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesPerform risk management to minimize project risks.Develop and maintain project documentation for milestone approvals.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
