Responsibilities- Planning and execution of production, quality and dispatch for our customers Piaggio, JCB UK, Tata Hitachi, MLR, Fiat, Sandhar- Analyze demand patterns and work closely with BD & Production team for maintaining proper inventory as per budget- Responsible for maintaining logistics cost & subcontracting cost within the defined budget- Responsible for identifying potential risks of line stoppage due to unforeseen circumstances and solve proactively to ensure smooth line feeding- Ensuring zero downtime on production line both internal and customer end- Planning of logistics for entire plant- Handling various EBITDA improvement projects for Direct Labour Cost and Operational Efficiency- Single point of contact for customers- Inventory management- Reconciliation of assigned vendors- Monthly meet with Customers and Suppliers- Daily tracking of frieght costs, delivery compliance, monthly compliance- Planning of BOP as per schedule forecasting- Ensuring all costs within the Budgeted target- Ensuring timely payments from customer- Handling new projects with Engineering department for ensuring customer satisfaction.
