She has experience in dealing with cases in the High Court, County Courts and Tribunals and has been involved in a number of mediations. Gurpreet\'s experience includes advising and acting for a major TV production company on a breach of contract and loss of opportunity claim; successfully settling a claim against a distribution company with respect to a dispute over royalty payments; advising financial institutions and investors on issues relating to default provisions under their loan agreement and enforcement; successfully acting for the largest landowner in the Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus corridor in respect of a High Court claim for service charge arrears of over £2.2 million.
