Implement Epic’s Cardiology module and integrate it with other systems across 11 hospitals• Lead Support Analyst for GO live site• Customize Echo, Stress, Cardiac Cath, Electrophysiology and Vascular Ultrasound Smart Forms into single versions that work for all 11 hospitals• Manage Users and Security, SER, Data Migration, Reporting, Facility Structure, HOD, and Workflow testing over the course of the implementation• Lead validation sessions with department managers, doctors, nurses and technologists to finalize workflows• Train new business analyst’s on Epic’s Cardiology module• Demo customized resulting workflows to Cardiologists and engage them throughout the project• Create and modify test scripts as needed during the implementation• Implement full Cupid workflows in Cardiac Cath Lab and Non-Invasive Cardiology• Build complex visit types to solve complicated workflows across different departments • Involved with Structured reporting by having design meetings with the Cardiologist, making changes by building/modifying SmartForms, requesting new data element from Epic• Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects for Cupid• Provide project management team with identified risks, concerns, and ambiguities discovered during the implementation and assist team in developing solutions• Configure Smart Sets, SmartText, Smart List; Print Groups/Reports, Build users, update Department (DEP), Navigators (LVN)• Lead for vascular & Non Invasive Cardiology focus group. Review Epic’s foundation system with SME’s and build changes as requested by the group• Member of CAB (Change Control), presenting change request for the Cupid Team
