The purpose of the role is to understand business priorities; conduct learning needs assessment; provide inputs to the Solutions team and manage projects for the execution of BU/SBU/Account Talent Development Plans.\\\\n\\\\nAreas of Responsibilities:\\\\n\\\\na) Understanding Client landscape:\\\\nUnderstand and analyze business priorities skilling needs through regular monthly / quarterly discussion town hall meetings and reports from other talent teams (TD Forecasting report etc.)\\\\n\\\\nb) Contracting:\\\\nProvide inputs to the Solutions Design team to create proposal and receive sign off from BU stakeholders to finalize the plan for the skilling needs\\\\n\\\\nc) Planning of training offerings:\\\\nInfluence key decision makers in BUs to invest in building new capabilities aligned with business drivers\\\\n\\\\nd) Delivery Governance:\\\\nParticipate in triad meetings with the Solutions and Implementation team to ensure the skilling programs\' and interventions\' solutions are on track\\\\nProvide inputs on solutions and implementation plans keeping in mind the business interests\\\\n\\\\ne) Delivery Analysis:\\\\nIdentify and analyze data on contractual business outcomes and human performance metrics and report back to business\\\\n\\\\nf) Stakeholder Management:\\\\nIdentify and prioritize stakeholders\\\\nUnderstand stakeholder expectations\\\\nManage expectations through tailored communication and engagement strategies\\\\n\\\\ng) Project Management:\\\\nEstimate and Arrive at a Project Plan for the design/development of solutions\\\\nIdentify and manage resources to work on the design / development (hardware/ software/ trainers)\\\\nIdentify / manage risks and pro actively communicate risks and status to stakeholders\\\\nCollect and report feedback on training programs to relevant BU\\\\n\\\\nh) People Management:\\\\nEngage with team; resolve / conflict management within team; conduct internal trainings for developers within team.\\\\nDefine the teams goals; set performance expectations; conduct appraisals; set stretch targets and track performance against the same periodically;\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
