   Within the APAC Region, my leadership extends over India & SAARC Countries, focusing on sourcing comprehensive connectivity solutions. This includes Metro, National Long Hauls, and International backbone infrastructures, such as the Subsea connectivity Wet segment, Fronthaul, and Backhaul Fiber Network Connectivity. My responsibilities also encompass the development and expansion of Edge/Gateway PoPs Data Centers to support Azure Cloud\'s growth.In my capacity, I am responsible for leasing Network, IP Interconnection & Peering, as well as acquiring and delivering Edge & Gateway solutions.I oversee the regional network strategy, ensuring its alignment with our core objectives and facilitating the network\'s expansion.I hold the responsibility for managing network supplier relationships, ensuring both the quality and timeliness of deliveries- My duties include managing vendor relationships and overseeing contract management with both existing and new Carriers/TSPs- I am tasked with planning for both short-term and long-term business needs for related groups within our organization- Part of my role involves gathering formalized market information from relevant carriers, vendors, and suppliers through RFIs/RFPs- I aim to achieve cost savings by sourcing the most suitable services at the most favorable negotiated prices, contributing to the organization\'s growth.
