Reporting to the CEO, responsible for overall scope of work.2. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions.3. Responsible for end to end recruitment.4. Sourcing, Short listing & scheduling candidates for interview through Portals, Job Postings, Headhunting, References, Placement Agencies,Walk ins & Social –Media etc. working closely with consultants & ensure rapport building. Preparing Offer/Appointment Letters and memorandums.6. Responsible for joining formalities & induction of new hires.7. Responsible for conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage & reduce the attrition. Responsible for coordinating with all departments regarding internal resources requirements.9. Maintain the internal HR process like skills assessments, performance reviews, organize trainings, leave management, & communicating other HR policies. Maintain and update the employee’s personal file.11. Handling employee leave records, advance leave salary.12. Handling Issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, Organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration & training. Support the administration with facility management activities when required.14. Managing Employees HR Norms – Attendance and salary data base.15. Handling Petty cash for official purposes/expenses.16. Checking of bills/invoices of vendors.17. Monitoring transport facility.18. Preparing cheque for the official expenses & Salary of employees.19. Preparing monthly salary slip for all the employees.20. Replying to the inquiries / complaints / requests of Client via. E-mail Correspondence.21. Maintaining Client relationship22. Execute other assigned duties as per business requirement.23. Handling On/Off Campus Recruitments24.Handling all Employee Engagement Activities and Induction/Orientation of employees
