Designed and implemented a variety of trackers/dashboards such as Budget tracker, Store Delivery Tracker, Productivity tracker to gather and manage Supply Chain and 3PL data.• Lead and manage variety of projects such as ERP and WMS system upgradation with BI team to ensure proper implementation, UBD (User by Date) verification, Reports automation, etc. by following the complete project life cycle.• Create and prepare monthly operational and financial reporting requests from various stakeholders for Labor planning and report generation.• Forecast and plan for weekly budget of labor hours and reporting of weekly inbound/outbound SKUs.• Make business recommendation through data analysis and through effective presentation of findings to the multiple levels of Stakeholders.• Drive productivity improvements and efficiencies within the Distribution Center by working on development of Store delivery tracker, Budget tracker, Productivity dashboards etc.• Lead projects such as “Use by Date” verification, reports automation for streamlining data etc. for cross functional teams.• Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to improve Operational efficiencies, internal processes as well as cross- functional processes while maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.• Work on various reports such as budget tracking, FCPH tracking, cycle counts, shrink reports, organization fill rate report and other reports based on business needs by cross functional teams.• Utilize Agile methodology for ongoing Projects such as Symphony Retail ERP version upgrade, Reports automation, Store Delivery Trackers and actively take part in Testing of the developed reports, Trackers, and in-house tools.• Involved in Process improvements for Finance & Transportation team such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), 3PL process.• Develop User Manuals/ SOPs, Flow diagrams, Process Documentation, Training Manuals for Project specifications.
