Provide AV technical assistance to Stone Account Managers to discuss products and solutions with their customers.• Visit customer sites (education, local government, government and corporate) in order to discuss requirements and prepare site survey documentation for Project Management and install teams.• Prepare quotations and product literature (by contacting vendor and distribution partners) for customers.• Discuss quotations/solutions with customers (in order to confirm acceptance of proposal) and Project Management/install teams (in Teams meetings and on-site).• Prepare Visio drawings (both system and floorplans/elevations) for Project Management and installation teams.• Ensure AV Product Library is updated with new products and quote documentation templates are accurate.Successful projects including command/control centres and VC meeting rooms for blue light organisations, VC meeting rooms for corporate offices, signage for corporate and education, IFP solutions and school hall solutions for education.
