My Coaching Approach I am passionate about developing people and programs to build talent capability at all levels within organizations. I have extensive experience coaching leaders and teams in leveraging individual and team strengths to build strong relationships and maximize individual and team performance. I believe each individual is unique with gifted talents. Coaching is a path to allow people to create a deeper connection and appreciation of their strengths, values and purpose to meet their professional and personal goals. Signature Projects: Developed Talent Management Program for Senior Leadership and Program Medical Chiefs (Physicians) tied to performance, potential and aspirations. Created a Career Progression Competency Framework for key Leadership Roles (SVP/VP, Director, Manager and Supervisor) to assess and develop talent. Developed criteria and supporting framework for Business Critical Talent and Business Critical Roles as part of THP’s succession planning program. Partnered with the business to lead strategic change management initiatives using ADKAR Prosci Change Management Model. Designed and Facilitated Leader Development Program for all levels. Topics include: ADKAR Change Management Workshops, Emotional Intelligence, Values and Leadership, Strengths Based Teams, Performance Management, Building a Diverse and Inclusive Culture etc. Coaching senior leaders and teams using a variety of tools including 360s, Clifton Strengthfinders, ADLER Coaching Model, Prosci etc. to maximize individual and team potential resulting in higher productivity and engagement. Onboard, oversee and coach L & OD Analysts, students and volunteers on key priorities and assigned deliverables.
