Reporting to the Global Service Lead, as a part of the team of in-house SAP professionals in the SAP CoE team to lead the SAP RunOps engagement across our European businesses. The responsibilities include: • Managing the relationship with our Global Service Partner. • Overseeing critical incidents and driving service improvements across the breadth of our SAP estate. • Ensuring the SAP estate is well maintained, overseeing upgrades, patching, housekeeping, batch optimisation, archiving and other ongoing maintenance activity.• Introducing new SAP services and preparing the service teams for our SAP S/4 Roadmap • Broadening the service ownership and delivery across the Business Service Platform, including Finance, HR, and Procurement.• Representing service performance, updates and plans to our stakeholders.
