I am currently working as an Auditor – Organic F&A at ECOCERT India, supporting and verifying organic farming practices to promote sustainability and environmental health.Earlier, I worked as a Young Professional at ICAR–Indian Institute of Maize Research (ICAR-IIMR), Ludhiana, where I promoted crop diversification by encouraging maize adoption as an alternative to the water-intensive rice crop.Previously, I served as an Extension Fellow at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, under a NABARD-funded Crop Residue Management (CRM) project. I engaged directly with farmers, stakeholders, and policymakers to promote sustainable CRM practices and helped develop strategies to reduce residue burning, contributing to improved air quality.Academically, I hold an M.Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Agricultural Economics, with research focused on the economic analysis of paddy straw management in Punjab.
