Proactively research and shortlist applicants for vacancies as well as pipeline talent relevant to the current market sectors using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn and business insights).• Handle all incoming enquiries, distributing to the relevant sales team; pre-screen and arrange candidate appointments, guiding candidates through the interview and debriefing process.• Use video technology to perform interviews and appropriate fit for client assessments prior to shortlisting. • Liaise with referencing agency to follow up on credit checks and right to work.• Daily use of ATS (applicant tracking system) to record and store all client and candidate information.
