Provides engineering & strategic business solutions to Federal agencies to model path to transition and modernization. Leads and trains the team responsible for Inventory Analysis & Assessment, Requirements Development, IGCEs Creation, Pricing Workbooks finalization, Vendor Q&A support, Pricing/Technical Evaluation handling for Source Selection.• Senior Subject Matter Expert in all areas of transition when needed or requested by agency or TOA dedicated personnel.
