   In 2013, structured and led the spinout of my team into a separate and a private investment firm called Tecum Capital Management. Tecum is now managing over $750 million of committed capital from several banks, institutions and other accredited individual investors and has three funds, Tecum Capital Partners (I and II) & Tecum Equity Partners. The first SBIC fund we managed, originally called F.N.B. Capital Partners, is a limited partnership focused on providing mezzanine debt and private equity capital in tranches of $3 million to $15 million into lower middle market companies based east of the Rockies. F.N.B. Capital Partners derives its name from our former parent company, F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), which served as an anchor investor in our first SBIC fund. Tecum Capital Partners II and Tecum Equity launched in 2017. We provide flexible capital and win-win solutions. We are seeking opportunities to support growth, recapitalizations and acquisition financing with a specialty for empowering management teams to acquire a business as part of a business succession plan or intergenerational transfer of ownership. As managing partner of these funds, my responsibilities include:*Source, structure, research, and negotiate equity investments and/or mezzanine loans in privately owned, lower middle market companies.*Partner with portfolio companies to assist with strategic planning, general business concerns, board supervision, merger & acquisitions, and capital raising activities.*Manage the investment portfolio and advise companies and/or partner with management to create profitable and sustainable businesses to secure adequate returns on investment.* Oversee the entire operations of Tecum Capital, including teaming with my partners and a staff of twelve. Together our team has a history of successfully investing over $450 million in over 40 businesses. I serve on the board of directors for Uncle Charley\'s Sausage, Auburn Gear & Oberg Industries.
