As a Human Resources Generalist at Casemine, I am responsible for preparing job descriptions and postings, coordinating recruitment strategy with hiring managers, using various tools and platforms to find and recruit candidates, screening and selecting applicants, conducting employee onboarding and training, and assisting employees with HR-related topics and issues.
