I enjoy working in spaces where ideas are still raw and outcomes aren’t guaranteed.At PedalStart, I work closely with early-stage founders, spending time understanding not just what they’re building, but why they’re building it. My role involves scouting and evaluating startups, breaking down business models, and assessing whether the ambition matches the execution needed to scale.I like being hands on early. I speak directly with founders, challenge assumptions, and try to see the business as it really is, not just how it’s presented. The most rewarding conversations are with founders who are clear eyed about their gaps and willing to do the hard work to close them.Coming from a finance and analysis background, I naturally gravitate toward clarity, fundamentals, and long term thinking. I care less about momentum driven narratives and more about whether a business can stand on its own over time.Outside of work, competitive chess has shaped how I think: patience, pattern recognition, and staying calm under uncertainty. That mindset carries into how I evaluate startups and people.Always open to thoughtful conversations with early-stage founders building with intent.
