I am a specialist in delivering technology solutions for captives and I’ve also led the task force on setup and support for Global Captive/Capability Centres (GCC).Key project capabilities include complex Systems Integration, transformation programs, quality engineering, execution and transition of large application Maintenance & Infrastructure services, and multi-channel corporate payment programs. I have played the roles of transformation lead & technology delivery lead for the digital portfolio of Banks - delivering on improvements and modernization projects, including the bank’s risk applications, procurement systems, and CSO apps. I’ve also led the systems integration for multiple regulatory programs.In my current role as an unified delivery lead, I am responsible for technology deliveries for a complex separation of tech & services of a global European bank\'s asset management unit from its parent. The streams involved are Corporate Functions, Infrastructure (Cloud & App), Shared Services and Security.Bringing my unique blend of technology leadership, deep industry knowledge and people management expertise to every project, I am a safe pair of hands trusted by both clients and colleagues alike – and often brought in to fix seemingly intractable issues or to build and manage motivated and collaborative teams that can successfully align across geographic and cultural divides.
