Leading two big transformation programs 1)Implementation of an MX payment processing engine (GPP SP V4) for the UK market & 2)Processing of SWIFT ISO 20022 MX messages on an MT based payment engine (GPP V3). Business liaison point for both the programs for Product managers. Defined product requirements, prioritised them based on the Business & Regulatory needs. Worked on Ops readiness. Designed new business workflow around payments investigation. Started with very little knowledge of ISO 20022, gained in depth understanding in very short span of time and defined strategy to upskill SME’s on ISO 20022. Translated Industry requirements into detail Business requirements, Epics, User Stories to enable technology team deliver End to End solution to meet industry requirements. Participated in Industry working groups, provided feedback on different business use cases and their end-to-end process flow from payment processing and operation points of view. Worked with other stakeholders to ensure that the Impact of ISO 20022 Industry changes are very well understood which helped them review and provide sign off on the business requirements Worked extensively with Architects to design an End-to-End solution for SWIFT ISO 20022 MX message processing on GPP Fusion (GPP SP V4.0) and on GPP Classic (V3.0)(Products from Finastra) Defined Business scenarios for testing to ensure End to End solution meet requirements. Defined UAT test strategy, test plan. Prepared project plan, prioritized requirements from a delivery point of view, Responsible for production stability of existing products and services that are already live by providing level 3 Business production support. Mentored a team of six Business Analysts across three locations, was responsible for their day-to-day work allocation & prioritization
