I am passionate about solving problems, building organizations and achieving business results! I find joy in recognizing and celebrating all involved, and really show that I value folks across all functions. I like to find great people and help them get better – reach their true potential and go on to do great things! At the end of the day, I lead with this simple philosophy: Define business objectives. Build a shared vision. Then motivate, coach, guide and develop people to achieve that vision and exceed those objectives. And finally, celebrate, and do it again!
