I head a team of 12 people and am in charge of managing the newspaper\'s website. This means putting up business, political, economic and sports news quickly and regularly on a 24-hour basis (my team works in shifts). The responsibilities also entail managing multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and SMS services to subscribers, besides ensuring error-free upload of the newspaper on a daily basis. Apart from this, the team creates special news packages on large events such as IPL and FDI in multi-brand retail, US elections, among others. We also establish cross links with sister sites and update interactive sections such as Poll Q, Reader feedback on stories (comments) and Reader opinions on specific questions (We call this Have your say)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
