ABOUT GARGI GUPTA

I am an Associate Consultant at Bain, working in the Private Equity Group practice in the London office specialising in M&A transactions across a range of industries.Previously I worked as a Consultant at EY-Parthenon, specialising in corporate strategy and M&A transactions through (V)CDD engagements in technology, energy, and sustainability. My experience spanned working with midcap to mega-fund PE clients on transactions and large corporates on their organisational strategy. I hold a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from undergrad, I have actively contributed to pro-bono initiatives. At EY-P, I was a core member of the Pro-Bono Committee shaping and formalising our commitment to pro-bono strategy work for charities. At LBS, I led a team to develop a marketing and fundraising strategy for a Kenya-based education social organisation focussing on education and skills training for children and adults. In addition to EY-Parthenon, I have held positions at ZS Associates, advising global pharmaceutical companies on data-driven strategies, and Ahauz, a home equity startup, supporting fundraising and market expansion initiatives.
