I come from a business strategy background with a first-hand experience across the globe.    Dunzo is a hyperlocal quick commerce and courier service player that is becoming the most innovative logistic layer of the top Indian cities. Working in the CEO\'s Office, I help manage the most strategic projects and programs for the organisation. In my stint with Dunzo thus far, I have helped in getting the following projects done- 1. Organisation level cross-functional readiness for the IPL campaign - the first ever national campaign for Dunzo 2. Ensuring compliance readiness for building a sustainable business structure as Dunzo scales 3. Managing Dunzo\'s strategic relationship with major investors - including all the projects running with the investors across different business verticals and functions 4. Strategising and running cadences for different functions that report directly into the CEO 5.
