As a Ph.D. chemical engineer with a passion for advanced manufacturing, I specialize in developing and scaling high-precision processes at the intersection of optics, materials science, and data-driven engineering. My journey spans cutting-edge research in optical 3D printed porous biomaterials and photopolymer formulation to hands-on industrial experience in semiconductor packaging at Intel.With over 6 years of experience, I’ve led DOE-based process optimizations, developed and qualified novel chemical formulations, and implemented SPC/SOP frameworks to stabilize manufacturing lines. My technical toolkit includes JMP, Python, SQL, CAD, and microscopy techniques such as SEM and FTIR—tools I use to translate innovation into production-ready solutions.Whether it’s reducing fabrication cycle time by 95% or improving material stability through rigorous chemical testing, I thrive in multidisciplinary environments that demand critical thinking, collaboration, and a drive for continuous improvement.I’m currently a Module Development Engineer at Intel, where I work on process control and reliability for next-gen packaging technologies in wet etch.
