Majored in Biological Mass Spectrometry with 15 years\' hand-on experience on various mass spectrometry platforms including (MSD (Agilent), QTRAP/TripleTOF 5600 (Sciex), Orbitrap QEHF/QE/Exploris/IQ-X/Ascend/Eclipse/Astral (Thermo Scientific), Steller (Thermo Scientific), TSQ Quantiva/Altis (Thermo Scientific), GC-MS (Agilent)). Expertise in LC-MS-based i) metabolomics for natural products discovery from medicinal plants, C. elegans and bacteria; ii) metabolomics and lipidomics for therapeutic target/biomarker discovery from biofluids and tissues from mice and patients; iTRAQ-based shotgun proteomics for Parkinson’s disease therapeutic target discovery. Skilled in basic molecular biology techniques (cell culture, site-directed mutagenesis, PCR, protein expression, gel electrophoresis).
