I am currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), aiming to blend technical expertise with strategic business leadership. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SVKM’s Institute of Technology, Dhule.Professionally, I am working at Shri Ashapura Rubbers Pvt. Ltd, Nashik, where I oversee quality assurance operations, production planning, and process supervision, particularly in areas like phosphating and adhesive bonding. My role involves validating molding processes, ensuring product conformance, managing audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and reduce waste through lean methodologies. Previously, I completed a business development internship at Corizo, Bangalore. This experience introduced me to client engagement, lead generation, and sales communication, sharpening my interpersonal skills and providing early exposure to business operations. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have actively pursued excellence and continuous learning. I was a winner at AVISHKAR 2023 and qualified for the University Zonal Round in the Commerce, Management, and Law category. I also presented a technical research paper at MEICON 1.0, hosted by O.P. Jindal University, and was selected for the prestigious Smart India Hackathon for proposing innovative solutions to real-world challenges.I have contributed to internal quality audits and played a key role in customer assurance visits and technical discussions aligned with industry expectations.In parallel, I’ve engaged in leadership and extracurricular roles that enhanced my communication and organizational skills. I served as President of ISHRAE and MESA, organizing technical events, workshops, and industry visits. I have also anchored college-level programs, won project and elocution competitions, and participated as a Industry mentor at Mumbai Hacks, sharing insights with aspiring innovators.Looking ahead, I intend to pursue a Ph.D. in management, with a research focus on operations and human resource management. My long-term vision includes contributing to both academia and industry by driving innovation, implementing sustainable practices. I aim to hold leadership positions within dynamic organizations where I can influence strategic decisions, improve operational systems, and support human capital growth through evidence-based management approaches.
