In my role, I oversee multi-branch operations, ensuring consistency in service quality, safety, and member experience. Skilled in team leadership, fundraising, program development, grant writing, and the creation of community partnerships, I work to build strong, sustainable YMCAs that serve as pillars of support for individuals and families throughout our region.Strategic, communicative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, I bring a results-driven approach to enhancing the Y’s impact. As a Lead Faculty Trainer, I also mentor and train other trainers and faculty members to teach these courses, ensuring high-quality instruction across the YMCA network.
