Since the last ~7 years, I am working with B2B startups (SaaS, fintech) to build and scale GTM, content, brand, and demand gen. A few things I’ve learned along the way- As companies scale from $2M to $20M, through Series A to Series C, marketing shifts from being an enabling function to one of the core growth enablers- When content systems are built to focus on customers, inbound can grow by at least grow at least 4x- Once the right systems are in place, marketing teams get to think more creatively rather than reacting tactically every day.I also run a podcast that’s hit 10M+ listens and hosted some great operators.
