Over the years I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of compensation management, benefits, executive compensation and working with compensation committees, designing and developing sales incentive programs, long term incentives, workforce planning, cost optimization programs, M&A, global mobility, expatriate management and manage the HRIS function for the organization My approach integrates leadership skills and innovative plan design, which have been pivotal in my journey with Lovesac and previously with Dr. Reddy\'s, a global pharmaceutical company.
