Translating that into clear product design, success metrics, and system requirements. I partner closely with business stakeholders, data product, and engineering teams to design analytics products that are intuitive to use and scalable over time.As platforms grow, I’ve helped teams address trust, scale, and execution challenges by introducing standardized metrics, quality checks, and automation, improving reliability without slowing delivery.
