About Gunjan Sheth
Engineer from VTU turned Recruiter (because I hated coding!)Bringing near to a decade of experience in recruitment across Consulting, HealthTech, and FinTech domains. Started my journey with Zyoin Group, a recruitment consulting firm, where I worked with multiple early and mid-stage startups—learning the fundamentals of fast-paced hiring and startup culture. Took the leap into the startup ecosystem with HealthifyMe, where I led hiring across tech and non-tech roles for the India team, and played a pivotal role in building first-time international teams across SEA and the Middle East. Also had the opportunity to lead a mini recruitment team. Currently at slice, where I joined as the first tech recruiter. Helped build the engineering team from 25 to 300+ and scaled the Data Science team from 3 to 30+ scientists. Also led a mini-Tech TA team, shaping hiring strategies and team structures from the ground up.From being hesitant about code to becoming passionate about people, it\'s been a rewarding ride in helping build companies by building the right teams.
