Seller Onboarding: B2B (JIT), B2C, Reliance Trends, Reliance Trends Express & PL) – Follow & Implement operational guidelines and SOP and Handling all seller Interaction (On Boarded top Manufactured/Brand of Apparels, Footwear).Onboard in terms of Assortment, Designs, Quality of Fabric and Dispatching TAT in all categories & Reliance Format.Sourcing of Products/Assortment On Buyer’s demand, source bulk Product as per fabric & price, technical & Regional requirement.To do competitive analysis & Open costing, make sure price on our portal is competitive compared to other similar platforms and offline market, Source product as per targeted price-grid wise.Operation management: To manage timely pick up of orders, packaging, labeling, and dispatch.o Follow up for overall production status of an order and report to Managemento Timely arrange QC and stock status from the seller (to make sure sellers adhere TAT of order)o To arrange the dispatch of orders on the same day for pick up from the seller.Responsible for various apparel categories as well as RRL format of the Surat cluster.Streamlining the TATs and processes across different formats and managed the supply chain for the business.Handling the brand “Only Vimal” across the categories of Saree, Dress Material, and Kurtis. Managing the brand to work across the different retail formats.Evaluation of the factory & Visiting of the vendor is also an important part of my job.Conducted Market study with periodic field visits and customer interactions for understanding the dynamics of the new Format. Successfully executed the Pilot Launch of the “Jio-Commerce” platform, in a tight timeline, across two product categories. Represented a survey project of retailers buying behavior toward the Saree.
